We also offer group menus for children's parties, office meetings or other groups.
Our Clientele
The Céramic Café attracts a diverse clientele. It’s the perfect place to create a gift yourself or simply to come and have fun alone, with friends or with children. We recently hosted a bridal shower where about thirty young women were having fun creating a very original dinner service, each friend of the bride personally painted a piece of the dinner service. During a Wednesday-baby shower, we could also see a young mother proud to put the prints of the hand and foot of her baby on a plate. We also saw a father sipping coffee and chatting with his little girl who was painting a mug that she will give as an end-of-year gift to her teacher. Children’s parties are regularly held there, where young people paint their masterpieces while enjoying a birthday cake. In the summer, it is not uncommon to meet tourists that are happy to bring back a souvenir that they made themselves.
Creating your own Christmas or Mother’s Day gift is obviously a must. On weeknights, it’s not uncommon to see students taking a creative break from their schoolwork. On ped days’ mornings, groups of 40 to 60 children from school daycares are often seen painting.
The Céramic Café also attracts many stars from radio, television and cinema. Here are some of the people who have come to paint at the Céramic Café: Véronique Cloutier, Jean Airoldi, Marina Orsini, Geneviève Borne, Marc Labrèche, Yan England, Michèle Richard, Jacques Villeneuve, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Mitsou, Joe Bocan, Danielle Ouimet, Jean-Pierre Coallier, Coeur de Pirate and Sophie Nélisse. It is also a place where you can sometimes watch a television show being shot or a photo shoot.
